Spectrum Featured in Milwaukee “Business Journal”
Spectrum Communication Services, Inc. was featured in a full-page story in the “Strategies for Small Business” section of the Milwaukee “Business Journal.” The story described Spectrum’s commitment to employee satisfaction and customer service by promoting telecommuting. Seasoned operators have the option of work from home, and about half of Spectrum’s operators take advantage of the policy.
The program boosts morale and has helped Spectrum reach an average employee retention of eight years and seven months, about triple the teleservices industry average. The level of professionalism among employees has translated to a client retention rate of 12 years, five months, about four times the teleservices industry average.
Talaris Ltd. has been working with Spectrum for 10 years. The Watertown, Wis. company sells and services banking machines, and Spectrum takes its calls outside of normal business hours. Nancy Meier, manager of the call center and service help desk at Talaris, said she’s pleased with Spectrum’s service. “My needs are always met,” she said. “If they have a question or concern, they always get back to me.”
