Spectrum Communication Services, Inc. is always looking for customer service oriented, quality-driven staff. We can create a schedule to meet your needs, as long as you are able to work some weekends and during our "rush" periods. We may at times even offer some seasonal opportunities if you are looking for something short-term.

Spectrum Communications believes strongly in promoting from within. Once you go through our intensive, paid training program, you will have the skills you need to move up in our business. We also offer continual education opportunities through in-house seminars with Mari Osmon, one of Spectrum's founding partners. We never stop training or learning here at Spectrum Communications!

After you are fully trained and have completed at least one year of service at Spectrum, you may become eligible to become a home-based agent. At this time, we do not offer telecommuting to new hires.

As a Spectrum Tele-Services Representative (TSR), your job would be to help us handle all of our clients' incoming calls (see the rest of our website for an idea on what to expect there), as well as dispatching emergency calls to our clients. Our clients are very diverse, including among others, consultants, medical offices, service companies and catalog order entry accounts. We will spend a lot of one-on-one training time with you to show you how to handle all of these calls and be the best TSR you can be.
