Our Communication Professionals ask qualifying questions and if the prospective applicant passes the initial screening, we can schedule their interview appointment. One example of Spectrum's job hotline service is provided to an international non-profit organization who does ongoing recruitment for their fundraising positions.  After reviewing the job requirements and expectations with the callers, our Communication Professionals then go through a series of qualifying questions, schedule an interview with the Human Resources department, and provide additional instruction on the remainder of the process.
